Woot, I made the news!

Post by RVRoadTrip » Tue Sep 07, 2010 6:42 pm

As the wife and I were setting up in our camp site, the local CBS station pulled up and asked to interview us. We just saw the story that aired on the 5:00 PM CST news broadcast and it was really good. Hopefully, they will put that video up for viewing on their website. Here's a link to the print version although it is substantially shorter than the video version.

Cool. The lead in seemed a bit off since the anchor said they were about to talk to a park official about the decline in campers and they went to you first.

Other neat thing was that the anchor had my last name. I don't think we're closely related, though.

Sounds like a great life. I'll have to check out more about RV Outreach.
