Noob from Westchester (just north of NYC). Doesn't appear to be many caches here, yet. Will keep checking for things to find.

Welcome! Remember, if you hide some, it will encourage others in your area to join and then they'll hopefully put some out. And so on...

It's a new form UPC and can be read by smartphones with the right apps. Actually, I'd like to know what app I can download for that, if you can help, Frank.

What OS? I have an Android and use i-nigma. Haven't tried any for the BB.

It's the website for his blog...though he has a comma instead of a dot after the www :p
And if you are wondering, it's called a QR Code. On the computer, I like to use http://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx to decode them.
