Anyone else, receive theirs, yet? We've still got plenty, so please try to spread the word.

I got my patches in the mail on Monday. They are awesome!

I'm going to release one attached to a Groundspeak Travel Bug and include some printed matereial that cachers can take that sings the praises of Opencaching.us.

I'll post a photograph of it once I get it ready.

Thanks again for sending the patches.

Cool. Maybe you could also attach a GeoKrety number. I haven't set one up, yet, but understand they're free and I think you can submit your own number (if it's not taken).

I have a Geokrity account. On 12 October 2010, I released a geokrit (http://geokrety.org/konkret.php?id=10429) in a cross-listed (GC.com/OC.us) geocache in Mt. Gilead, OH. Unfortunately, after being retrieved from the cache, it was only logged once and then disappeared. I have not reported it missing in hopes that it will eventually turn up.

If one were to retrieve the TB from a GC.com cache and log the TB as picked-up, how would they log the TB if they dropped it into a OC.us cache? Can a TB be dropped into a non-GC.com cache and maintain the audit trail i.e. show that it is in a non GC.com geocache?

No. It can't be logged direcly on OCUS and there is no way to log coordinates visited, independent of a GC.com cache.

Haven't got mine yet, but the mail is delivered via dogsled up here in the winter so I'm not surprised. LOL

I love the idea of attaching a TB to the patch. That is awesome!!

We've gone through about 1/4 of the patches, but nothing since the initial burst. I'm going to start trying to notify more people. I'd appreciate it if folks could post a link to this thread on their local forums or otherwise help spread the word.

I've added a note on the first post that additional shipping may be required outside the US and Canada, just in case.
