Password Protected Traditional Caches

Before today (Dec 1, 2010), it was not permissible to have password protected traditional caches. This is how the OC code package came, but I changed it to allow them. If you encounter any error while working with a password protected cache of any type (other than you don't know the password), please let me know here. My PHP skills aren't that great but I think I have it working correctly for everyone.

I just enabled the LP on my "Who Was Colonel Gateway?" cache. Works, but I did notice it's not case sensitive. Good to know.
