Cache Adoption

Post by NativTxn » Tue Jan 17, 2012 12:12 pm

Sadly, my son has decided that he doesn't care about caching anymore. He is transferring his caches to me. There's a couple of things.

1. I didn't get any kind of email or any notice that a cache was being transferred to me. I had to manually go to the Cache Adoption section to see them.

2. When I went there, this is the list I saw. (See attachment) I don't know how those links showed up in another language.

Sorry to hear about That would be Polish for "accept" and "reject" (in that order) and something that got missed in the translation from the OpenCaching.pl code OCUS was based on. Don't think we've had much adoption going on, so thanks for pointing it out.

Agree that there needs to be some sort of notification, probably buy e-mail. Will see if we can get these issues resolved.

I noticed. I have some put together and need to put the will together to bypass finding caches on day to get them out.

You know what might help? On the "My Caches" page, if there was a tab for "Adoptions". And...if all the tabs had numbers on the tabs as to how may were listed.

Active (63), For Approval (2), Adoptions (1), etc.
