How long before Search By State shows cache?

Just curious, how long does it take for the "Search By State" to show a new cache?

An Idaho cache of mine was approved earlier today but doesn't show up if I search for Idaho caches.

Did you set the cache to active? There are two spots once the cache is approved you must check before the cache is published.

Never mind. I can see it on the map.

Strange. It still shows "Search result 0 caches matched" when I search for Idaho caches from the "Seek a Cache" page.....

Did you uncheck the "Owner's" box in the first option set "Exclude Caches?"

Ha! I misread that (or didn't read at all) as whatever was checked is what it showed, silly me....

The search page IS a little inconsistent as the first checkboxes are to Exclude, while the next row of checkboxes are to show (cache sizes).

No biggie, I should have just paid attention more.
