missing the distance

Post by bpratt » Mon Apr 11, 2016 1:17 pm

I have been trying to find the distance between caches rule, but I seem to be missing it somehow. I did see in another post where 300' seems to be the rule, but I wanted to make sure this is right. I want to hide some victuals at a local historic site where containers are not allowed. Also, I need to know about train tracks and regular caches.

It is in fact 300 feet, and we've been known to be flexible on that!!

We don't mention railroad tracks? Sorry. Yes, we would roll with the 150 feet like Groundspeak. And a lot of people don't know that is for trespassing purposes, not safety purposes. The could be exceptions there too. We would look at that on an individual basis.
