Re: One Year Anniversary Events (Planning)
Glad to see several birthday events popping up! I'm hoping to make it to Dudleygrunt's Laurel, MD, event. Just a reminder to every OCUS cacher, if your attending an event, or hunting an OCUS cache, be sure to capture an audio recording and send it in to the Podcacher podcast! Use your cell phone to ...

Re: Geosphere App
Bumping the Geosphere discussion after I had a chance to use with a few OCUS caches at Geowoodstock IX. I sent the GPX files to Geosphere via email and then slurped them into a separate group. It worked far better than my Oregon 300 that's for sure (need to test that some more, might be a bug).

Re: GeoWoodstock X - 26 May 2012
I'd support and help staff an OCUS table at Geowoodstock X! I'm not sure what the table rental costs were this year, but combined with some form of coin, sticker and patch sales I bet it might break even. Besides, Geowoodstock is supposed to be a "geocaching" event not a geocaching.com event. :mrgre...

Re: Semi-Anniversary Event(s) for OpenCaching US - 18 Feb 20
I hope the event is well attended. Really wish I could be there but I'll be on several flights that day headed out west. I'll celebrate by trying to find an opencache in Phoenix.

Re: Why Are You Here?
Ditto that of the Java Sellers ;) Competition is good. This site is unique though Id like to see more OUCS only caches. The .com site is nothing more than a Frog Clone with Frog Haters.I find the "why did Groundspeak ban you" thread rather amusing. My thoughts exactly Sabrefan7! My desire to find O...

Re: GeoWoodstock 9
I'm going to Geowoodstock again this year. And now that I know there are plenty of OCUS caches close by I'll be grabbing those too. Planning on spending a few days in Warren, then a loop through Canada.

Really like the one with the black border, that would be my preference.

Re: Who ye be? And where ya from?
Howdy everyone! I'm Ken, aka Networkcacher. I'm from Northern Virginia, an actual Virginia native. I've been geocaching since 2004 and I'm a founding member of the Northern Virginia Geocaching Organization, Novago.org . I have two OC-exclusive hides so far, more in the works. My other hobby, yes oth...
