Could there be an option for the owner to enter the State when creating, and then the cron can update it later if it is wrong?
Right now there are three new caches posted that have no associated State. So we have to click on the cache and then check the map to see if it is somewhere close by.

I haven't gotten any owner notifications for the found logs on my caches.
I get the published notifications, but no owner ones.

When cache first published, STATE is missing.
Is there some sort of cron that runs which updates the State the cache is located in after it is published? When looking at new caches on the page, it seems the newest one always has a blank State for awhile, and then gets updated. If we download a GPX GC file right after a cache is published, it is...

I have the same question. There doesn't seem to be an owner notification. Maybe add this as a feature request?
