Re: Garmin chirp
Apparently, over on GS they are saying that in order to publish there has to be alternative way to complete the cache that does not include the Chirp. The one thing I picked up on is that you must replace the battery about every year. I would bet that a couple will be placed, they will be neat, then...

Re: Owner Notifications?
I get them on my two caches...but I also clicked on the Watch button for each of them. I only get one e-mail per find...but I am not sure that tells you anything.

Re: Considering a NOTG Cache Series
I just clicked on your link for the GC forum posts on this topic. Yikes. I have to pat you on the back. There was some real venom in some of the replies...and you handled them with grace and dignity. I would have just wanted to blast back. Obviously, someone just wanted to call you out and almost co...

My suggestion for the law/regulation would be that they must disclose if they allow smoking on the premises or if they provide a sm...

Off Limit Locations...
OK...I have to ask the question. The other main listing site has a regulation against placing caches near schools/government buildings/railroad tracks...etc. The only structures I see mentioned in the rules here are "dry stone walls", and a general note about historical sites. I am a bit concerned t...

Re: Spirit Quest prefix
So are the Spirit Quest designators just in the names of the virtuals or is it a waypoint mark of some sort?
