Re: Central NYE

Hi and welcome, Are you sure you placed 2 caches? I have not approved any from you and I see none from you or located in NY in our list of caches awaiting approval. I even took a chance and checked the "other guys" site. Found your name and a few variations but none of them are active or have any hi...

Re: EC-like caches as unknowns with questions?

More on this now that I am on the desktop, I generally like the idea of an education in relation to a cache not limited to geology. My problem is with expecting a CO to still be active and participating when I choose to log one of their caches and the same applies for all members. I dislike any reli...

Re: EC-like caches as unknowns with questions?

While not oppossed to the concept I am reluctant to go along with something that involves the need to contact a CO and await a response. Emails change, With the wait that such a cache would likely endure between finds there would likely be problems with missing unresponsive COs. I am confident that ...

Re: Logo Usage

Removed the duplicate post Well it was a last minute trip to get the mother inlaw out of the house. We had detoured onto the Blueridge parkway near Blowing Rock and went for a ride. Surprise, I know this place. Totally unplanned and unanticipated. I have some better pics on the camera, those were fr...

Re: Record fast approval

I thought I had one from DG to approve tonight but it was the Dudley Historical Site. Not affiliated with our own Dudleygrunt.
Looks like a road trip for someone.

Record fast approval

Thanks Yuck? That was some fast approval. Thanks. I submitted one yesterday and had just submitted 2 today. They were approved while I was still working on the last two. Just tidying things up on the cache page and BAM they are already listed. Didn't even see you or anyone else online at the time. W...

Re: login

Well if you were on OPENCACHING.COM you were in the wrong place.... I think that actually redirects to Garmn right now anyway. Some have experienced periodic difficulty as you can see above. Yes, something is screwed up but this and many other issues should be cleared up when the new PL code comes o...

Re: Navicache

NC has been deceased a while now. I believe I was also mapping OpenCaching.us on GPSgames.org, but I quit doing that last month (which is also when the Navicache stats banner broke). I don't intend to restore the OpenCaching.us maps. I think it has been muuch longer since I saw OCNA caches listed on...
