It's been a long time for me, but I believe there are 5 levels of Cub Scouts here: Tiger Cub, Bobcat, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and then there is the Boy Scouts for older boys. No Beavers though :p

I remember digging into that a while back. I think I actually ended up contacting Hank on GC.com. Can't remember whatever came of the conversation though.

I'm sure it all boils down to money. They don't give those things away :/ That and I believe it was in keeping with all of the other nodes that started in Europe. All of them are opencaching.(country code)

It's good to see that there are a few more caches in good ole Wisconsin :) Wish they were a little closer, but I might have to plan a trip to get the ones in Mad Town one of these weekends.
