Re: Magellan Explorist GC
Does it allow the importation of standard GPX files? If not, can you use GSAK to format the query to something that GPS can understand?

Re: login
Sounds like a cookie issue to me... delete all the cookies from the site then restart your browser. I also use FF 5 and have no issues at all. Let me know if you still have any trouble...

We understand that some users have existing usernames on other sites that begin with something other than a letter or number, most often it is a dash or hyphen. To accommodate those users, we have modified the requirements for usernames to allow them to start with something other than a letter or nu...

Re: What is BIT Caching(tm)?
I'm still not perfectly clear on why there has to be a separate site only to redirect you back to OCUS. Couldn't you just put a link/section to "BIT Caching" on the "Main Menu" section of the main OCUS site or maybe a button on the button bar across the top along with Trackables, Forum, etc? Those ...

Done. Well, on the print page, not the examples.DudleyGrunt wrote:Suggestion: For the one with the QRC, what about enlarging the OCUS logo a bit? Seems there is room to make it a more prominent.

Re: Printed BIT
That works! I also created another template without the QR code and it is much smaller. It is an option on the EDIT CACHE page just below the original one. I am fiddling with how to print it using PHP so Chrome can print them properly, but I keep having small issues.

Re: Printed BIT
Anyone that is actively seeking one, will already know it originated at OCUS. If somebody stumbles across one by accident, they are directed to BITcaching.com to learn about it. There is plenty there to let them know it is listed on OCUS. There is information in the OC Wiki about the BIT caches, but...

Re: Queries not showing right on Maps
Its a known bug (by design). To read ignored caches, the user needs to be logged in. Login status is stored in the cookie. But google maps cannot submit the cookie of the user for OCUS with that query. A new map is apparently in the works. no ETA, though.
