Re: coord.ch down?
I found him, I linked to his Geocaching.com account in my own blog post on Coord.ch. Of course he may not answer....

Re: coord.ch down?
Oh boy, must have expired. I hope that's all it is. I once tracked the guy down, but he has very poor English. I'll see if I can find him again. Heck, maybe even **we** could do something if it's gone. But my experience with .mx is that "foreign" domain names are expensive!!

Yes, it could.Bon Echo wrote:Maybe the next social media post from OCNA should stress the fact that you don't have to win the lottery to be able to create a virtual listing with OCNA.

Re: Virts are back on GC
There is at least one flaw in this algorithm, that I know! There has been a report (in multiple places) of someone who joined quite a while ago, but less than 10 years, with only around 800 finds, and only 3 hides (all traditional) with maybe 70 favorite points combined, receiving a "virtual award",...

Re: Virts are back on GC
No, because MPH, AKA MP, AKA KO would never diss our site, or the quality of our caches. :D By the way, I'm this far (holding my fingers like 1/32" apart) from becoming a fellow resident of The Commonwealth of Virginia. I'm sorry, but I have to say my prediction was amazing!! I received a few emals,...

Re: Virts are back on GC
Found this moments later https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2017/08/virtual-rewards/ Apparently I am not too far off. I might have been in that list had I not begun archival of nearly all of my GC hides but then I have not been a PM for years now either (I'm sure that was part of the decision making p...

Re: Unable to log find
I've logged ocus caches with passwords with cgeo, iirc, but it could be related. I was able to log attended using a different device, a tablet, with different browser, generic android, without entering password. Maybe that was allowed due to being owner, but it's odd that 2 phone browsers did not w...

Re: Scroll wheel on mouse, and our cache maps
I know you're not into Flagstack, but it's weird; there is the regular flag map, and a special map where you click a link for "all jumper flags" (which jump around the world once an hour, and are active in that spot for only an hour), and the jumper map is NOT affected Does that map open in a new G...

Re: Unable to log find
I just successfully logged a find on a cache that was cross listed here years after being listed on Geocaching.com that I never logged here (via a web browser on a desktop computer) and no problemo. I haven't tried c:geo, but that literally pretends it's a web browser for logging, be it at opencachi...

Re: Scroll wheel on mouse, and our cache maps
it's happening on many sites - terracaching.com, even campsitereport.com and it's annoying since now I need to use both hands and both input devices. yawn. I'm happy to use OSM maps and sorta think OCNA should use those by default. You know, both are "open". I agree with OSM. I know you're not into...
