Benchmark Hunting
Does anybody else hunt benchmarks? I find it very enjoyable and rewarding. You don't get a smiley or even a number on most sites. I started benchmarking in September of last year and have found 84 of varying styles to date. If anybody is interested in the hobby, check out: Scaredy Cat Films Benchmar...

Do you plan on cross listing?
For those that have caches listed on other sites, do you plan on cross listing them here? I've only hidden 7 so far, so I think I may put them up on OC too. Just wondering what everybody else was thinking about doing.

Re: Virtual Caches
Virtual caches were banned before I joined GC, so I'm not sure what the rules were there. I think it's pretty much common sense for the most part. Don't send people where they shouldn't go. Require some proof they were there (ie photo or answer to question.) I think the password protection would wor...

What do you drive?
I'm a car guy, plain and simple. So my question is: what do you drive? Between my and my fiance, we have:

Re: What the heck is a GeoKret?
Does a tracking number (a la Travel Bug dog tag) need to be purchased? Or is this just a number GeoKrety assigns to the traveler when it is registered?

Cache proximity/density
Correct me if I'm wrong, the the proximity rule does not apply to nearby caches listed on other sites, correct? We only need to take that into consideration if we cross list the cache?

Re: Scooters!

Cross listed caches
If a cache is cross listed, should the cacher have find it again to log it on OC US? I say yes, because things may have changed since the time they found it. But that begs another question...if it's cross listed, should there be two log books? I say no. It might be confusing to other cachers, but th...
