Additional Logging Requirements Where you may have found the cache but the owner requires one more step to count the find. Something such as dressing up and having your picture taken at the cache. In the DC area, we have a Moving Cache on GC.com that needs to stay within 30 miles of the Washington Monument. The owner requires that once you find it, you allow two people to find it before you can find (or move) it again. I've found it 5 times over the last 3 years or so. I log it as a find sin...
