You also have the second most popular post under that title.
I do not think any of those posts remain after the OP posted spam.
You have used the term "Thank" incorrectly as nearly all before you do.

Now take the 11 (11th post) and add the 2 (2nd most popular) and you have 13
9.5% use "Regards" in their posts, 89.5% use "Thank", 1% use something else or nothing.
Take the 9 subtract the first digit 8 in the next number for 1. Now add the .5 to the .5 for 1 and the last digit is 1. the remaining digit is 9 (from 89.5)
1+1+1+9 = 12
13 is greater than 12 by 1
Add 1 to 12 and you have 13
Subtract 1 from 13 for 13
Subtract 12 from 13 to get 1
Add those together to get 28
Subtract 13 from 28 for 15
Subtract the number of ones for 15 -2 =13
Still have a remaining 13 so 13, 13.
I have typed "1" 28 times to this point. 28 minus 13 = 15.
I have typed "15" 3 times 15 minus 3 =12
I need one more 1 (so there it is) 12 plus my new 1 =13
