Hide-a-Cache Contest - East/Central Texas

Post by NativTxn » Mon Nov 14, 2011 11:28 am

CONTEST: I’m holding a contest beginning now and ending at 7 pm Central on Black Friday (Nov. 25). You will get one entry for each cache that you hide on +OpenCaching North America within a 50 mile radius of zip code 77878. The prize will be a $20 gift certificate to GxProxy. I have an alert set up for this distance. If yours is close to the edge, be sure to let me know so that I don’t miss it. Don’t forget that you can place virtuals, Guest Book caches, Moving Caches and more that aren’t allowed elsewhere.

Feel free to hold your own contests in your area. Offer a little prize, make your own rules. Post it on local geocaching forums, Facebook, G+, Twitter......
If you hide it, they will come!

Cool. How many other sites' USERS hold their own contests, with prizes, to promote them?

Thanks!
