In edit cache, it's shown as movable.
2) Shouldn't I be able to log a find on my own movable cache after it was moved by a different user?

Thanks for noticing the issue.
I found that yours also showed the correct icon (moving) next to the name while some others showed the podcache icon.
Podcache was removed from our cache types and is now an attribute only .
Issue submitted for correction.
As for logging,
OC has never offered the ability to log a Find on a cache owned by the logger.
I see your point but that may be a hard sell to those that configure the code.

I think the podcache/moving cache thing will be fixed when they (finally) put through the cache type changes
hopefully that happens soon, changes are made, they just need to be accepted (on github)
