I use a Kyocera M6000/Sanyo Zio and any one of the three apps I mentioned in my post here (GeoHunter, OpenGPX or CacheMate - for the link-clicking-lazy). Some people complain that in-phone GPSr aren't very accurate, but this little phone has proven otherwise.
I've always been a paperless & phone-GPSr cacher (one exception was a Palm Pilot which I had a BT GPS puck paired to it).

Motorola Droid - the original. I'm due for an upgrade in 2 days, but I may hold off for Christmas specials or something. I think I'd stick with Android.

Started with Garmin Etrex Venture HC, than added the Blackberry Torch. In the spring I attended Ontario's only mega event and entered a draw to win a Megellan Explorist GC

We use a Garmin Dakota. So far so good. We're planning to get a smart phone when our current contract expires and will probably use one of the apps after that.

I'm on Verizon Wireless, but I don't know that I'd want to change over to the iphone. I'm happy with most of my Android apps.

For those who have used the Montana 600 or 650, would you share your opinions - Especially if you also have used the Oregon 500 or 550, how would they compare?

Tks,

iPhone 4 for general extra caching information, internet, emails, etc.
Garmin Oregon 550t for woods and tracking to return. Very handy if you hike for hours.
