Here is another Mac option: iCaching http://www.icaching.eu/
I've never used it, so I have no idea how well it works.
It does seem to have an active developer though and it's listed in the Mac App Store.

I am a regular user of maccaching, and never had a chance for any complaints. I should say I am a very satisfied customer of maccaching. Thanks man for sharing the links to know better about Geocache Manager new version and MacCaching. It helped me to know better.
Thanks

Um, no you're not a regular user of maccaching, man. Spam link signature deleted, IP address banned, and account deleted. Although I'll leave the post up here for comic relief.lourencohen wrote:I am a regular user of maccaching, and never had a chance for any complaints.
