OK, it ought to be fixed now. Notifications should go out as intended. MySQL was writing the date/time as GMT and logs were being recorded using local server time and this caused the issue. All logs will now be written with GMT info so it will match the MySQL entry. There is nothing the users have to do in regards to this.
The notification message subject will be: [OC US] Watchlist {Date}

Re: Owner Notifications?
I have ceased to recieve owner and watchlist notifications over the past couple weeks.
I had been getting notification of new caches (my own) but recent finds on those caches have not generated a message.
No notifications on older caches (watchlist) as well.
Last notification of a found cache was dated 5/6/12. None since then over several finds on my caches.

Hmm...I'll have to look into it. I'm nearly certain I've gotten some watchlist notes in the last couple days.
Re: Owner Notifications?
Could they be getting hung up at the ISP level? I know the frog has had issues with providers identifying their emails as spam.

Re: Owner Notifications?
I've sent a system e-mail to your, TH. Let me know if you get that. I was also thinking that your provider may have started seeing us as SPAM, following some update to their filter system.

Re: Owner Notifications?
MMM....
Got nothing.
Something else I forgot to mention, I had also been able to get the notifications through my phone. Just prior to no longer getting them at home they changed appearance.
The message I would get on the Droid phone was truncated. Usual title but when opened I would only display a portion of the first sentence. Something like " A new log has been posted to a watched cache..." but that was all. It was fine at home on the computer until they stopped all together.
I have submitted a few new caches and will watch to see if I get mail on approval and new caches.

According to Time Warner sites if an e-mail is blocked from your (OCus) IP you should receive a notice of the blocking.
Here are the blocklist sites they utilize to prohibit access to their servers and information to become Whitelisted if desired.
