What is the best GPS unit for OpenCaching?
I'm new to OpenCaching and need advice on a reliable and user-friendly GPS device for finding caches.

Re: What is the best GPS unit for OpenCaching?
A seemingly innocent question yet I am highly suspicious.
Why?
You appear to be in Prague. Not within the areas of OpenCaching NORTH AMERICA.
Most who find OCNA are already Geocachers and have the equipment they need.
OCNA is not likely to be where a new Geocacher starts.
YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED USER OF OCNA (or the other guys)
Still I will answer your question.
15+ years ago the answer was just about any Garmin hand held unit.
Today the answer is YOUR PHONE. (another reason why this is suspicious)
I would recommend c:geo as the best app for Android. Works with OCNA and the other guys too. Just enable login for each site you are using.
Now for the warning.
Find the right topic for your comments / questions.
Continued posting in "OFF TOPIC" or the posting of just about ANY non-geocaching conversation will quickly find you removed from the forum.
